Cable Braid Table Runner (Knit)

This table runner shares the same three-strand cable braid as my Knit Cable Braid Tree Skirt, so the two make a beautifully coordinated set for the holidays. A bold braid runs down the center, framed by little rope twists and a soft textured background — all worked in one simple eight-row repeat.
In super bulky yarn on big needles, it’s satisfying, fast knitting: cast on, settle into the rhythm, and watch the cable grow. Make it to fit your table and enjoy it for years.
Happy knitting!
